	Fellow sluggers, here is an opportunity. Note that we are engaged in a discussion of HOT lanes and tolling with the parent of the public-private partnership law in Virginia, the former Secretary of Transportation Shirley Ybarra in the topic "Our Bleak Future". If anyone cares to hear propaganda on how wonderful the HOT lanes will be for the commuting public, and respond directly to the person responsible for this fiasco, here is your chance. Does anyone know if Brian Moran is aware of this forum and can anyone on his staff access these threads so they can gain some insight into how the slugging community feels about this issue? My concern is he may not be getting the full story from VDOT.
