Tackett's Mill to L'Enfant line???

   Can we start a Tackett's Mill to L'Enfant line after the Horner lot fills up? In the past, we went to Potomac Mills to pick up L'Enfant slugs (between 7:30am and 9 am).  Since Potomac Mills is limiting parking, where do we go?  I read through the boards here and Tackett's Mill posts indicate that parking is o.k. there. 

	Anyone interested?
