Unsafe dropoffs

   I would like to ask drivers to not drop off slugs in an active lane of traffic.  We were coming back to Potomac Mills and a slug wanted to be dropped off at the Dale City exit (before Outback) The driver just came to a stop in the lane and cars were going around us at 50 mph. Slugs, you have a right to say something when drivers do this or when slugs ask for dangerous dropoffs.
