HOV Violators

   I would like to know if there are anyone else that is as irritated by the single car occupant violators as much as I am!  They get on at 0556 and they do not get off at the Springfield exit.  There is no way they will be off at the 0600 hour!  Where are the cops? If they, the violators would stay off it would be smooth sailing.  I understand there are exceptions but there are habitual abusers.  Where can we get some help in this matter.  I would like a chance to ask these people, do they think their cars are too good to ride strangers?  It is a total diregard for the law.  I know some will think this is just a small infraction, but that is where it starts.  First this next carjacking.  I do believe even Jeffrey Dommer started out small.
