   If you slug out of Tacketts Mill to Pentagon/Crystal City, avoid a black Subaru/Outback (Lic. plate #JCV 2450). 82 degrees at 7:30 a.m. and wouldn't make his car comfortably cool even when asked politely; also drive 65-75 mph often tailing cars in front by only a few feet.  HOT and scary!  Ther are too many drivers out there who wish to accommodate riders to put up with inconsiderate drivers.
