Slug from Fredericksburg to Rosslyn

   I'm looking to slug from Fredericksburg to Rosslyn, with depart times from Fredericksburg no later than 5:30 a.m., and depart times from Rosslyn no later than 3:30 (preferably 3:00 p.m).  I'd like to be picked up in Fredericksburg at the VRE station/lot; I have kids in day care and need the flexibility to leave work early.  Non-smoker, mature, executive, professional. Car pools welcome.
