Garbage at Route 17

   I dont know if this is happenening at any other lots, but the garbage at 17 has been overflowing for over a week now, it is so gross and just keeps piling up. Anyone know who to contact about this? Is it VDOT or someone like Waste Management or who? I can't stand it anymore!!!!!![:(!]
