Does anyone go to 12th street??

   I'm wondering if any driver ever drop off at 12th street by taking the 12th street exit rather than going all the way down the clogged artery of 14th street.  I'm surprised that there isn't a slug line for 12 street. Is anyone interested in getting one started in the Horner, Hechinger area??

	I slug from old Hechinger�s. Occasionally I will get a ride to 12th Street, but usually only after the driver, the other rider, and I talk and realize that we are all going east of 14th Street. In fact, I sometimes get a ride all the way to Capitol Hill. As a driver I think 12th Street is better, but other drivers may disagree because it can be an intimidating and daunting task to dart across 3 lanes of traffic to get to the 12th Street exit.
