Doris,there are no known afternoon slug lines going direct to Manassas.
One option is you could slug from DC to one of the PW County P&R lots along I-95 (park there in the morning), then drive up VA-234 or the PW Pkwy to Manassas. Otherwise, you will need to either drive yourself, find a carpool, or use public transportation. |
