	Below is Fluor's HOT lane propaganda site.  There are some useful pdf maps and other documents if you are interested. Also a timeline. 

	

	I noticed that they disabled a link showing a lane configuration for 395. That would have shown the narrow shoulders.  What a bunch of scum bags.

	

	They dont mention on their facilities map that most of the facilities shown are already there.

	I found this paragraph on another page of the website that says in addition to providing congestion-free lanes, the HOT project will allow carpools (with slugs) to travel for FREE: "Opportunities and incentives for sluggers An expanded HOV network, new entry and exit points and 3,000 new Park & Ride spaces will benefit sluggers. HOT lanes mean drivers will have a new financial incentive to pick up sluggers to use the free-flowing lanes without paying a toll." http://www.virginiahotlanes.com/395Project/transit.html But ... 	Oh it will be free initially. It's just that we will be an hour later to work. That is except for those of us in a car with a breakdown in the 2 foot shoulder lane. Those slugs will be deceased. [:(!]
