I almost always listen to 107.3 and Jack Diamond in the Morning when I drive in to work with my two slugs. I thought it might be interesting to find out what other drivers are listening to and what the slugs want to hear or most dislike hearing.

I like to play the audio version of "Dianetics" for all my slugs to hear. If I am slugging I usually bring a boom box along so that no one misses out on the good word of L. Ron. I have converted 362 slugs to Scientology and the number grows daily.

My choice is audience dependent...

If its all men, I go with the Sports Junkies 106.7

If its an all lady or mixed day, I go with WTOP 103.5

WTOP is fine, but after an hour or so it can get very very tedious to be in a position to have to listen to that formulaic schedule of uninteruupted talk and commercials. A little goes a long way. Smooth Jazz 105 is great, relaxing, and the traffic reports are as good or better than WTOP.

WTOP or NPR on the way in, and nice relaxing WGMS on the way home to help the little sluggies sleep. Except during Redskins season, when the default is WTEM.

Go Skins!

Lately we've been listening to classic country on the iPod player. Loretta, Buck, George, Conway, Patsy, Merle, Faron, Ferlin, Hank and all those.
Great music to get you going in the morning --- and NO COMMERCIALS! [8D]
