After 8:00am Slugs

   I'm curious to know what late morning slugs are doing to get to work, i.e., those who arrive at the Mine Rd. lot after 8:15am.  There was a time when there was a fairly good group of people waiting for rides heading into DC -- alot of 18th people -- at later hours.  With the situation the way it is now at Mine Rd., I'm wondering where one can find people to pick-up as late as 8:30am?
