   Since mid-August, the 95 Express Lanes has been extended to just north of US Route 17 in southern Stafford County just north of Fredericksburg.  The tolls will not be cheap and more slug routes should be available to alleviate the Route 610 Staffordboro commuter lot on exit 143 B of I-95.  Once people decide the tolls and sitting in traffic in the regular lanes are not tolerable, people would consider slugging to avoid paying expensive tolls.
