DC to Manassas/Haymarket

   Is there any interest in beginning a slug line from 3rd Street to Manassas? HOV-2 requirements would make this an easy system to work with limited amounts of people. Possible pick-up points could include the GAO building (3rd and E) or the GSA at La'Efant Plaza. I am open to other suggestions as well. Please indicate whether you are an interested rider/driver or both in the reply.
