Providence Community Center, near I-66 and Vienna Metro just outside the Beltway, could be a good slug line location to catch a ride onto the new HOT Lanes. My destination is M St. South East.

I can pick up at Providence community center around 8:30 in the mornings. My destination is the US Capitol. Would that work?
