For the 2nd consecutive Monday, an 18 wheeler was parked in the carpool spots at Springfield Plaza. This effectively eliminated several rows of parking in an area where parking is at a premium to begin with.
To whom does one complain about this? |

This happens occasionally at the Old Hechingers lot too. I really don't think there's anything we can do unless we can persuade the proper authorities to put up no parking signs for 18-wheelers. Actually, now that I think about it, all the police would have to do is issue a ticket for being illegally parked, an 18-wheeler would have to be in order to fit anywhere in a commuter lot.
