Reviving the Manassas, Starbucks Stop

   Hi all; 

	I am new to slugging and live in Manassas. When I checked for stops in Manassas, there were three. It appears, one is fully functioning, second  at half mass and third is not operating. I am interested in reviving that stop..............Starbucks at Sudley Rd.to Union Station,DC. this May.  Any drivers, please let me know[8D]
