Destination Abuser

There is a gold Nissan (not sure of the make, but I think it is a Sentra)that picks up on 14th (usually NY). She comes from the 18th St area of Washington DC, so she may pick up on that street as well. I just want to make everyone aware that she does not drop off at the designated area. She pulls up and informs people that she is going to the old Hechinger's lot in Lake Ridge when in actuality she drops off across Old Bridge, which is NOT the designated drop off location. The license plate number is ZKP-1291 (VA tags of course). She has done it twice now to me, and I have been pulling out of the lot and seen her doing it numerous other times to other people. She is the only one I have ever seen drop off over there, and she does NOT inform anyone before getting in that she will be going there instead. It is a dangerous road to cross during rush hour-especially since when you have a walk sign it really is never safe due to the cars coming out of the lot having a green light. I think that until she starts dropping off where she says she will drop off that we need to take a stand and not ride with her! Thanks! :)
