Cones blocking slug line entrance at Pentagon

   The last few days there have been cones blocking the entrance to Stafford/Fredericksburg slug line from N. Rotary Rd into the parking lot.  Does anyone know why PFPA is doing this and is it going to become normal?

	Not sure why they are doing this, but they were doing in again this morning (2 FEB 2018). At least they only seem to be doing it in the morning and not the afternoon.
