	What time are you trying to slug in? If in the afternoon to the state department you will not find a ride since HOV is open to all in the afternoon. However if you are trying to find a ride home in the afternoon then usualy I metro to roslyn and jump on that slug line. In the morning I also goto SA-1 and get dropped off either on 18th street and E or sometimes I get someone going up 23rd.
