19th & F move?

   Now that the construction in front of the GW dorm on 19th Street is done, should the line move back from the "alternate" location on the other side of F Street?

	The later in the PM it gets, the more bus and vehicular traffic there is in the "new" location.  It's also harder for cars to merge back into traffic and it interrupts the flow of traffic because cars stopping to pick people up cause cars behind them to miss the light.

	Thoughts?
