Is 19th and "I" an established slug-line to PM in the afternoon? If so what times are the best?

I would say its pretty consistent when travelling to the horner rd lot. Going to potomac mills can be a bit frustrating. I noticed that when Horner rd slugs are not present, drivers ( of course ) just end up picking us ( potomac slugs ) up. But i would have to say the times vary, its very strange but between 1545 and 1630 are the best times i would say. But it could all change by tomorrow. Happy slugging.
