14th and Independence

   I recently started working at the FCC building on 12th st. SW.  I slug from the Old Hechinger and I'm looking to see if 14th and Independence is a good afternoon line for Old Hechinger.  I get off work at 4:30.

I get off work at 4:30. Thanks It would be better for you to walk up the 2 blocks in front of the Commerce Building. Commerce sits in between Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenues.You would most likely do better there. TBell
